The terms and conditions of use of this website relate to bookings made at hotels owned and/or operated by Wyboston Lakes Limited. Please read this document carefully before making a booking. Bookings All offers of accommodation and other services featured on the Wyboston Lakes Limited website are subject to availability and there is a limited allocation of rooms available to all offers. The right is reserved to decline bookings. You cannot combine any special offer, rate or promotion on this website with any other special offer, rate or promotion offered by Wyboston Lakes Limited. No two special offers can be combined on the same booking. Prices All prices are in pounds sterling. The prices featured are per room per night unless specified otherwise. These prices include accommodation in the room type as described, all meals as specified, service and VAT (at the current rate of 17.5%). Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply to certain rates, as specified. Children Cots and extra beds for children are available free of charge, however, these are limited and are subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking. Health and Fitness Club When staying overnight on a hotel accommodation booking, entrance to the on-site Harpers Health and Fitness Club is complimentary. The following conditions apply: entry to the Club must be pre-booked at hotel reception. Returnable towels are available upon request at the hotel reception. Use of the Club's facilities must be in accordance with the Club's rules available at the Club's reception. For children (up to 16 years old) restrictions apply at times of usage (hotel reception will provide further details of times). Generally, children will need to be accompanied by a parent or person aged 18+ years when using the Club facilities. Please note there are time restrictions over children’s usage of the pool. Please contact our Reception on +44 (0) 1480 212625 prior to making your reservation to ensure the opening hours are suitable for your requirements. Payment Wyboston Lakes Limited accepts the following methods of payment: Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club Debit Cards: Visa/Delta, Switch, Solo Maestro. A credit card may be used at the time of booking to act as a booking guarantee or payment. Debit cards may only be used as a payment method in line with the rules of the card issuer. Pre-Payment/Cancellation/Non-Arrival Charges If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking then please contact Reservations on +44 (0)1480 212625. In the event of cancellation or non-arrival the following rules apply in accordance with the type of rate as detailed below: Best Available Rate - Your credit card has been used to guarantee your booking. Your booking can be cancelled up to 2.00 pm on the day of arrival; thereafter 100% of the first night stay will be charged to your credit/debit card. Golf Breaks and other Packages/Offers - your credit card has been used to guarantee your booking. Amendments or cancellations can be made to your booking up to 28 days prior to your day of arrival with no charge. Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to your day of arrival will incur the full cost of your break, and will be charged to your credit card. In the event of non-arrival, the full cost of your break will be charged to your credit card. Cancellations/Amendments by us In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can: • accept the changed arrangements as notified; • make an alternative arrangement with us; or • cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid. Arrival and Departure Your bedroom will usually be available from 2.00 pm on your specified day of arrival and will be guaranteed for your first night only. On your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room by 10.00 am during midweek (Monday to Friday) and 11.00 am at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), otherwise you may be subject to a charge for an additional night's stay. Parking On-site parking is ample and FREE. Animals and Pets No animals or pets of any kind, except guide dogs, are allowed in the hotel. No charges are made for guide dogs. Insurance We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal accident and personal public liability. Smoking We have a small number of bedrooms available for guests who smoke. They are available on a first come first served basis. The room type will be presented to you for booking only when available. All other bedrooms are non-smoking. Guests who smoke in a non-smoking bedroom will be charged £75.00 to cover our costs to deep clean all the fabrics and furnishings to re-present the room as non-smoking. For guests who would like to smoke, we have made provision outside the hotel - and although it is not a comfortable lounge, with cosy chairs, we do hope that you will find that the shelter and protection from the elements we have provided for you make this an acceptable solution. If you have a problem In the unlikely event that you have a concern during your stay you must bring it to the attention of the Management at the time, to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify it. If you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved, please submit the details in writing within 28 days of your return, to: Operations Director (Customer Service), Wyboston Lakes Limited, Great North Road, Wyboston, Bedfordshire MK44 3AL.
